The Most Annoying Eldar List Possible?

So thumbing through the new book, I noticed that there were quite a few things with pinning.  Additionally, there was that Hemlock Wraith Fighter, which forces the re-rolling of Morale and Pinning Checks, and that got me thinking... Can I make an army that basically pins the enemy to death, or runs them off the board? Talking with Nick, our resident Eldar player, as well as another Eldar playing friend, we came up with this:

Farseer: Singing Spear, Eldar Jetbike 10 Warlocks: 7 Jetbikes, 2 Singing Spears

5 Rangers 5 Rangers 5 Rangers 5 Rangers 3 Windrider Guardians: 1 Shuriken Cannon 3 Windrider Guardians: 1 Shuriken Cannon

Hemlock Wraithfighter Hemlock Wraithfighter Crimson Hunter

3 Vaul's Wrath Support Battery: Shadow Weavers 3 Vaul's Wrath Support Battery: Shadow Weavers 3 Vaul's Wrath Support Battery: Shadow Weavers

Total: 1,747

The concept here is fairly simple.  The warlocks are giving me 10 rolls on the Runes of Battle, hoping for as many Embolden/Horrify results as possible, the 3 on foot are going with the Support Batteries, 2 mounted with the Windriders, and the last 5 and the Farseer are on their own.  This army has 7 different units which will cause pinning checks, plus the 2 Terrify psychic powers being cast by the Hemlock.  The Crimson Hunter is there to give a bit of anti-tank or anti-air, while the rest of the army tries to scare the enemy off the board.

Now, I'm not saying this is a perfect army, but damn, doesn't it sound annoying?
