The "Worst" Dark Eldar List (Ever?)

Congrats to Nurgledan who won the "Worst Dark Eldar List" Challenge!  This list narrowly beat a Grotesque (without independent character) themed army to become the worst Dark Eldar list around.  The good news?  I have just about all the models I need to actually make this army! For my first test, I'll likely be taking this army up against my friends "Worst of" Eldar army which includes 9 decked out Vypers with Brightlances and every upgrade, 2 squads of 18 Storm Guardians and Yriel.  Should be quite a fight!
