The Monster Mash Painting Contest!

We are proud to announce that we will be hosting our first painting and modeling contest!  The release of the new monsters seems like the perfect opportunity for people to put their talent to work. To enter, get your hands on one of the new WHFB monsters coming out for the Storm of Magic on July 9th (Black Dragon, Manticore, Cockatrice or Chimera), get it painted and email your pics to contest@thediceabide.com with "Monster Mash" in the subject line.

The deadline for submissions is August 7th at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time, giving everyone plenty of time to slather on some paint.  On August 9th, I will be posting the judges first cut, then readers will be able to vote on their favorite.  The Grand Prize winner gets a $50 Gift Certificate to TheWarStore.com! That's enough to get your hands on another monster, the Storm of Magic rulebook, a couple Magic Fulcum or just about anything else you'd want to add to your army, so don't miss out on your chance to win!  If we get a lot of entries, we may be able to have more prizes, so don't hesitate to submit your monsters!

Additional details: at least one of the pics should have our logo or name written on a piece of paper for verification.  Only one miniature may be submitted per person, though more than one picture of the monster is encouraged.  Please include your full name in your email.  By submitting a photo, you agree that we may use your photo on our blog.
